THE DAVID CRANE AGENCY is not a professional company. I had a terrible experience with Steve Swienckowski.
This is a third-rate agency. Look at their talent (lack of skills and crappy markets). In my opinion, if you're a hiring manager you should not risk your company's reputation by dealing with him. If you are talent, there are much, much, much better options.

We are agents for TV news people. He applied to us for representation when he was fired and we rejected him. I knew he was odd and tried to let him down as easy as possible, but he was difficult.
